Protection of personal data in access to information of public importance

MTH Consulting Group organized a one-day education in the field of Personal Data Protection in access
to information of public importance. The training was held on January 25, 2023 at the “Palas” hotel in
Belgrade and gathered a significant number of representatives of the public administration and the private
sector. The lecturer and moderator of the education was Marinko Radić, B.Sc. lawyer, with several
decades of professional experience in the field of protection of personal data and information of public
importance in the position of Secretary General of the Commissioner for Information of Public
Importance and Protection of Personal Data. The goal of this training was to familiarize the participants
with practical examples of the implementation of the Law in practice, as well as to enable them to apply it
independently in their institutions and companies.
