On December 10, 2024, an educational seminar titled “Implementation and Improvement of Risk Management Systems” was held at the “Palas” Hotel in Belgrade, bringing together numerous representatives from government bodies and the public sector.
The goal of the seminar was to introduce participants to key tools and methodologies for effectively implementing, managing, and updating risk management documentation within public institutions. Through practical examples and interactive sessions, attendees were familiarized with prescribed standards and best practices in risk management, aimed at enhancing safety, reducing the potential for negative outcomes, and strengthening accountability within their organizations. The seminar provided specific guidelines and materials for the implementation and monitoring of risk management systems, which participants were able to successfully apply in their respective organizations following the training.
